Disinterested, firm, possessing nothing yet rich
Pure both ways
Full of bliss
Moderate in diet, truthful and inspired
Learned and united with ultimate truth
Circumspect, bestowing honor on others
Free From Pride and highly conversant with the course of righteousness
Abode of virtues, above the sorrows of this world and free from doubts and duality
Feel delighted to hear the praise of truth and truthful people
Even minded and placid
Guileless by nature and loving
Full of piety, forgiveness, friendly to all and compassionate,
Given over of observances and undertake sacred vows

Messengers

Hare Rama,

Saints ever act as messengers of God,

They come to teach the ways to make it to the truth of self that threshold of God,

They are the truth of divine life and relate it with the truth of self to guide the aspirants,

Saints know all well how to merge the mind with self to experience the serene culture of self, and their company may help devotees,

Conduct of a saint is like that of sandal wood

Axe cuts down a sandal tree while sandal tree in its turn perfumes the axe by imparting its virtue that cool soothing fragrance

Is the reason that sandal in the form of past find its place to the head of gods and on their idols and images
